Black, Sepia-Pigma Micron Pens Assorted 4/Pkg
Pens with a waterproof, quick-drying pigment ink that will not feather or bleed through even the thinnest papers. Inks are smear proof once dry and fade proof against sunlight or UV light. Colors remain vibrant and are permanent and washable on cotton fabrics. This package contains two .15mm pens and two .20mm pens in two colors. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Imported.
