Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders will the shipped out as soon as your order has been processed. This is usually the next business day, excluding Saturday, as we are closed Sunday and Monday. If you wish orders to be held for store pick up, please select that option and the date of pick up. This does not include classes or special events, which are non-refundable.
Returns will only be accepted in the original packaging, with proof of purchase, and only store credit or exchange will be given. Products that fall under manufacture warranty will be accepted with proof of purchase, and only a store credit or exchange for the same product will be given. We are now offering shipping via Canada Post only for items that will fit in a standard sized envelope. If your order will not fit in a standard sized envelope an invoice for the additional shipping will be sent, and your order will ship upon payment received.

The Scrapbook Shop uses PayPal as our website payment processor, and you do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase, you can use it as a guest so long as you have a Credit Card. Alternatively, you can call the store and make payment over the phone during regular business hours.
